Wonder

Been a while since I've posted in this. I suppose that's what happens when you spend all your time with the one who means the most to you, you just tell her what you think. 

So the other day, we did a risky thing and could have potentially made a little us. Does it scare me? Not at all. The thought of us having a baby is probably the best feeling in the world. I know the chances are slim but whether it is now, or whether it's in months/years, I know Patrizia will be a fantastic mum.

We might just be the luckiest people alive.

Every single day is filled with love. It's an extraordinary feeling. Since speaking to Kevin, never for a second have I felt unloved or unwanted. We are so in love it's amazing that it's even real. 

The reason that this relationship is so amazing is because it's mutual. We bothove each other with every single thing we've got. We would both do anything for each other, we adore and are completely in aw of each other. 

I have never felt this kind of love before, this closeness. I have so deep in love that there is no return and I never ever want there to be. 

I am the happiest I have ever been and I couldn't even have imagined myself a better relationship. There is not a SINGLE thing I would change about us, or Kevin. Everything. Is. Perfect.

Weddingmoon booked

Well I can't believe it. Our cruise/wedding is booked and I'm well underway to marrying the girl of my dreams. 

She doesn't know how much she means to me but I'll spend the rest of my life showing her. She has made my life. 

I had such a fantastic time in Germany! Meeting her parents and her little brother and sister.  I really love them all and class them as my family already. I'm very lucky to have such a wonderful fiancé AND a magical family. 

I am going to marry the girl I always wanted to be with and I'll be so happy for the rest of my life because of it. 

She's my rock, best friend and love of my life.

Life plans

I can't believe how amazing my fiancé is. She makes me so so happy with life and I've never known love like the love she both shows me, and makes me feel. She Is the most special person in my life and I feel honoured she wants to be mine. 

Yesterday we had a good look online for our potential weddingmoon destination. Settled on a cruise.  I think being stuck on a cruise ship, with the love of my life would be just the most fantastic 14 days. 

I cannot wait until she is the mum of my babies. I know she will be second to none, she will be so beautiful as a pregnant Patrizia and she will be even more so as a mother. I can't believe Patrizia Wood will be my wife, I can't believe Patrizia Wood will be the mother of my children.

Sleep deprivation

So now I'm lying here, in bed, at 2:38 am wide awake! Last night it was You who couldn't sleep and now it's me! 

Just listening to you breathe is such a soothing thing! You're so beautiful and you'll never understand how much I love you! 

Tonight we watched 1 and most of another episode of White Collar. My opinion for now is reserved. I believe in my girl though. She's rarely wrong.

The first big steps ...

Today we picked out my engagement ring !!!!!! It was so exciting and so much more fun than the first time... We picked the ring, I tried it on and fell in love, the second I saw it. Just like when I met Kevin! 

He was so wonderful, he's so supportive and evolved ... He was very excited about the ring and jumping around and now we've come home and we're going to watch wedding movies!! Ah.. Everything is so perfect ! I'm very happy to be starting the first steps of our wonderful marriage !! 

Gala weekends

So in on the final 3 hours before Patrizia and I are off for 3 whole days! 

It's going to be a great time. Two of us, very much in love and have 3 full days together to do whatever we want! I'm not even fussed about going to the gala to be honest, just spending time with my girl is enough! 

Maybe one day our kids will be in the Bathgate gala day! 

I think our plan is to have a drink tomorrow but we will see how it goes. Sometimes the only thing I need is her. She's something else!

This man who wants to marry me and care for me and look after me and have a family with me and be mine, forever. I can feel his love even while he's sleeping... I've never had that before.

I believe that a couple should work as a team and not as two people! So the fact you cannot drive is of no issue to myself as, whenever possible, I will drive you wherever you need to be and whatever else you may need the car for...

My thoughts on marriage and babies are this. Marriage: a definite yes but I am only going to do it once and I am not bothered if it's a massive affair or if it's just me and the woman I love! I would be a loyal husband and a man to be proud of!

As far as babies go, I want as many babies as my wife and I can afford and as many as she is willing to have! I believe me and my future wife will make fantastic parents and that when it come to it, it will complete us. 

Time frame: marriage within 7months and babies within a year. I want a young family and I want it with you!

When I think about my perfect match, I think of someone who would love, the way I would love. I am a very committed and loving person. I would be thrilled if my life partner would love me unconditionally and be willing to do anything. (These are the things dreams are made of )

My dream boyfriend would have the most perfect, gorgeous and addictive smile. He would have a kind heart, brown spikey hair, bluey/green eyes, freckles and a cute nose. His height would be close to mine, but a little taller – the perfect cuddling height I believe. He would have a great sense of humour and understanding and be very thoughtful and kind, however he knows how to be serious and stern when the situation requires it.

I would elope right this minute if it was possible, the sooner the better… 😊 it would by my honour to be Mrs O’Shaughnessy.

Now, I must admit I’m slightly confused by this question, so I will answer as best as I can. I would refer to my partner as my love so I would say the most important thing my love ( my partner ) would have to be the commitment to the relationship.

The most important part or my love would be that it is unconditional and eternal.

Q5) How many babies would you want to have and when? 

I would like a very minimum of 3, ideally 5 and a dream would be 7. Due to how many babies I’d like, I’d like to start very soon however I must say that it would be a personal preference of mine to be married first – as it is a possibility. If however I was to fall pregnant before marriage, I would be thrilled and look forward to my journey as a mother and a family starting.

Q6) Would you ever go to bed in a bad mood with your man? 

I don’t believe in carrying an argument into the next day, I would never hold a grudge or let something be dragged on and I certainly will never let you go to bed in a bad mood or without knowing how much I truly love you and always will. You will never go to bed feeling unloved or unhappy, as long as we are together.

I believe that the happiness in your life lives on by the long term and short term bursts of happiness. Now to make the clear; a long term burst of happiness would be for example a baby, or a new home, or a marriage, things that bring you happiness for a long time. Short term burst of happiness would be for example, a new item of clothing or a dinner date, a bath.

A relationship thrives on the small bursts of happiness keeping you smiling until the long term bursts come along which keeps your relationship alive. For me, the small details ( short term bursts ) would be things like, tickling, picking up small things in the super market to show your thinking of the other, kisses, hugs, surprises, compliments,  asking if the other needs anything and always being there to help and willing to do things together. For me the short term bursts are extremely important as they should happen daily – from both sides. These I believe should never fade as they are the glue to a healthy relationship. 3rd place at Uno,1st place in my heart!

So we played Uno with the family after all! Patrizia managed to teach me how to play it pretty well, Infact so well I managed to beat her! I guess she will just have to settle for 1st place in my heart...

I also met more of my future family today, Chris' mum and stepdad! They were lovely, but very aware of me thanks to Patrizia and her Facebook antics. 

I can't believe how much I feel accepted by everyone. I just hope they see how much I love Patrizia. 

She's in the shower at the moment, listening to some kind of music I wouldn't (ed sheeran i think). 

I guess she's back at work tomorrow and I'll just have to deal with reality again, already looking forward to her coming home from London on Sunday and she's not even left yet!

Sunday happiness

Today we have a day together. Our first one since Ireland, it's 1:47pm Kevin's in the shower, we have cuddled, kissed, had breakfast and spent so much time in love it's already my favourite day ever. 

Every single moment with Kevin is my favourite. 

We spent all last night watching Lost and will probably do the same after a games day with my family. 

Until we have a little one in the middle, the most perfect thing I can imagine is just me and Kevin and nothing else matters. 

Every time I mention the pill, Kevin winds me up... I know he doesn't want me to start again... I want to be Mrs O'Shaughnessy before our little baby Nessy arrives though.

So it's now Saturday and Patrizia is at work!  Dropped her off this morning and as usual, hated it! Leaving her is always horrendous. 

I'm wondering how long it'll be before we will actually get married. Planning our wedding is the most exciting thing I've ever done and I can't believe someone like her is going to marry me!

Villa v Southampton on TV just now, shame Patrizia is working...she would love it 😂 

I think it'll be an amazing 365 days, marriage, babies and Patrizia. But to be honest, I'm so happy with us! As long as we are still a "we" then that's all I need to be honest. 

Patrizia will be a fantastic mum, and I cannot wait to try and prove to her that I'll be a fantastic husband and dad, that's all she deserves.
